I am on a mission to loose 2 stones weight ( 26 lbs) by 31st December. No carbohydrate no rice, to nan or chapati. 3 days walk, 5 miles per day. 2 days of cycling 15 km per day. Above all eat less qty and eat frequently but lesser qty. No meat no chicken only vegetable and salad and chicken salad . Let's see how I progress. 14 stone plus - by 31st Dec I ought to be around 12 stone(13 lbs equals to a stone).
